Michigan Morning was taken in Southeast Michigan, at the Stony Creek Metropark. I was there very
early, in order to take some engagement photos for some dear friends of mine. While waiting for the
sunrise to reach the color that I wanted, I found a stack of boats that park-goers could rent, lined up
next to a line of cement piers. While many of these piers would have boats docked at them in the
summer, the fall allows for an uninhibited view of the beautiful lake.
