Portrait of a Manta

Mouth, Mandible, Eye, and Wing - I love that this photo shows all four of the main sections of the manta ray’s front. This photo was taken off the coast of the Big Island, Hawai’i. Mantas will come to feed on plankton that is attracted by dive lights, and it’s a great up close and personal experience!
